Bachelor / Flat

Description

I am looking for a private bachelor/studio flat with a maximum budget of **N$3,600 per month**. The flat should have a private sleeping/living area, a **private bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin**, and a small private kitchen or kitchenette with a stove, sink and cupboards. Basic furniture such as a bed, mattress, wardrobe and study desk/chair would be preferred. I would also prefer the rental to include **water, electricity and Wi-Fi**, or have these available at affordable additional costs. Access to laundry facilities and secure parking would be an advantage. The accommodation should be safe, clean and conveniently located near campus, shops and public transport.
